Welcome to Han.D.Man LLC. By booking, scheduling, or using our handyman services, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

  • We provide general handyman services, including but not limited to repairs, installations, maintenance, and small construction tasks.

  • Services are limited to what is agreed upon at the time of booking. Any additional work must be approved and may result in additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.

2. Scheduling & Cancellations

  • Appointments may be scheduled by phone, email, or online.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing will be discussed prior to work being performed. Some jobs may require an on-site estimate.

  • Payment is due upon completion of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: [list accepted methods, e.g., cash, card, check, electronic transfer].

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Materials & Supplies

  • Materials and parts may be supplied by either the client or [Your Business Name].

  • We reserve the right to stop work or terminate services if unsafe conditions exist, payment is not made, or terms are violated.
